After your order is confirmed, an activation code is sent to your email address and shown in your account.

Your plan sets how many devices can stream at the same time, and the limit is enforced on our side.
You can sign in on more devices than that and see or remove them from your account at any time.
No. Your plan renews automatically for the period you chose, and you can turn automatic renewal off at any time from your account. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
Yes. You can move to a different plan from your account. The new plan starts when your current period ends, so you never lose time you have paid for.
If the service does not work on your device and our support team cannot resolve it, you can request a refund within 7 days of your first purchase.

Yes. The website, your account and our support team all work in English and French. You can switch language at any time using the EN / FR control.
Allow roughly 10 Mbps per stream for HD and about 25 Mbps for 4K where it is available. If several people watch at the same time, add those figures together.
