Terms & Conditions
Your Rights & Responsibilities as a Subscriber
Last updated: September 16, 2026
Welcome to NAIPTV. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and streaming service. By accessing or using NAIPTV, you agree to these Terms — please read them carefully before subscribing.
For information on how we handle personal information, see our Privacy Policy.
1. Changes to the Terms & Conditions
We may update these Terms from time to time, including to reflect changes to the service or applicable law. Updates take effect once posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will change accordingly. Continuing to use NAIPTV after an update means you accept the revised Terms — if you disagree with a change, you should stop using the service.
2. Eligibility and Minimum Age
You may only use NAIPTV if you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you. If you are using the service on behalf of a household or other individuals, you are responsible for making sure this agreement is followed.
3. Acceptable Use of the Service
When using NAIPTV, you agree not to:
- Access or attempt to access accounts, systems or data that are not yours
- Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to disrupt the website or streaming service, including its underlying technical systems
- Use the service for any fraudulent, unlawful or unauthorized purpose
- Misuse your account, including sharing access in a way that breaches this agreement
- Use automated tools, bots or scripts to access or interact with the service without our permission
Violating this section may result in restriction, suspension or termination of your access, as described in Section 12.
4. Account & Subscription Use
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and access details, and for all activity that occurs through your subscription. If you believe your account or access details have been compromised, contact us as soon as possible.
5. Third-Party Services & Purchases
Using NAIPTV may involve third-party services, such as payment processors or the device and player apps you choose to install. Those third parties operate under their own terms and policies, which are separate from this agreement, and NAIPTV is not responsible for the practices of independent third-party services.
6. Subscription Payments, Cancellation & Refunds
Plans are purchased for a fixed length (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and a chosen number of devices, at the price shown at checkout in Canadian dollars. Refund eligibility, including our money-back guarantee and how to request a refund, is set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Streaming Quality & Internet Requirements
Your streaming experience depends on factors beyond our direct control, including your internet connection and stability, your Wi-Fi setup, your device's capabilities, network congestion, and other technical conditions. We work to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted streaming, a specific picture quality, or that performance will be unaffected by these external factors.
8. Device Compatibility
You are responsible for using a device and app that is compatible with our service. See our Installation Guide for supported devices and setup instructions before you subscribe.
9. User Account Information
You agree to provide accurate information when subscribing and to keep your access details secure. NAIPTV will never ask you for your account password, and you are responsible for any activity that happens because your credentials were not kept secure.
10. Internet & Data Usage
You are responsible for any internet access or data charges billed by your internet or mobile provider in connection with using NAIPTV. These costs are separate from your NAIPTV subscription.
11. Service Availability
The website and service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, network problems or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We'll work to restore access promptly when this happens, but we do not guarantee the service will always be available without interruption.
12. Suspension & Termination
We may restrict, suspend or terminate your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse the service in a way that affects its operation or other users. Where practical, we'll try to let you know why action was taken.
13. Intellectual Property
The NAIPTV name, logo, website design and original content and software we create are the property of NAIPTV or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission. This section applies to NAIPTV's own website and branding — it does not extend to third-party television channels, movies, sports broadcasts or other programming, which remain the property of their respective rights holders.
14. Third-Party Content
NAIPTV provides access to a streaming service. Television channels, movies, sports and other programming made available through the service are owned by their respective broadcasters, studios and rights holders, and NAIPTV does not claim ownership of that content. See our Disclaimer for more information.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, NAIPTV is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any right or protection that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
16. Privacy
How we collect, use and protect your personal information is addressed separately in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
17. Governing Law
Owner/legal review needed: these Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Canada. A specific governing province or territory has not yet been confirmed for NAIPTV and should be added here once determined, rather than assumed.
18. Contact
